4. Google Workspace API Data
When you choose to connect a Google Workspace account, Myto accesses Google Drive data only after your authorization. Myto uses read-only access to discover and download files from the Drive source you choose, import and keep them current in your organization’s Knowledge Base, and make that content available in user-facing troubleshooting features.
We use raw and derived Google Workspace data only to provide these features to the authorizing organization. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to create, train, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
We may transfer Google Workspace data to service providers only as necessary to operate these features. We require those providers to process the data only on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
You may revoke Myto’s access in your Google Account settings at any time. Revocation stops future access, but it does not automatically delete content previously imported into Myto. You or your organization administrator may request deletion under Section 7.
